Day 4
Part 1 build up to 1rm Squat Clean also build up to 1rm Front squat. On my SC I took it to 185# but at 195# I could not complete the catch, a lil frustrating Yes but I figured well a 185# SC in good form is better than an ugly 195#. Front Squats 1rm 265# then I was to perform 3 sets of 500m rows @ 100% effort w/ 15 min rest btw sets did my first @ 1:39.6 as I was taking my rest box was shutting down did not get a chance to complete my other 2sets of rows could not return due to my job, so in short Better Time Management when it comes to getting my training done.
