Day 30-38

Day 38
Today was a rest day but I kept busy around the house just to stay active and loose.

Day 37

Front Squats @ 30X1 Tempo: 5-5-3-3-1(ended up doing the sequence twice) 135-165-185-205-235

Day 34 Warm-up for CrossFit Games Open Workout 14.2

20-30min of light aerobic work on bike or rower/every 5min do 5 ohs with pvc pipe and shoulder mobility.

10-15min worked on pistols.
